Editing codes via Shopify

Clicking on a discount in the app will redirect merchants to Shopify’s Discounts page for that specific discount. There, they can make any changes to the discount details.

Manual vs. automatic discount code support

“Do automatic discounts work for wholesale customers?”

This feature only supports manual discount codes that customers can apply at checkout. Automatic discounts created in Shopify are not applicable to wholesale customers through this feature.

Using discount codes with net terms orders

“How do discount codes work when using Net Terms?”

Discount codes are typically applied on the checkout page. However, when using net terms, the customer submits their order as a draft, bypassing checkout. In this case, they can apply a discount code once you email them an invoice. If you choose to send the invoice outside of Shopify, any discount the customer wishes to use must be manually applied.
