Wholesale Price Lists

Wholesale price lists

Wholesale price lists allow you to set custom pricing rules for specific customer groups based on tags. By applying a tag to multiple customer accounts, you can create a shared pricing structure for those customers.

When creating or editing a price list, the first step is selecting the customer group by choosing a tag. This tag determines which customers will receive the pricing rules you set. For example, if you use the tag wholesaleA, any customer account with wholesaleA in their profile will automatically receive the assigned pricing.

Once a tag is selected, you can define price rules for specific products or collections, or for the entire store. Price rules can be set in two ways:

  • Fixed price – Set a specific price for the product, collection, or the entire store.
  • Percentage-based discount – Apply a discount percentage to reduce the original price.

With this system, you can easily manage wholesale pricing, VIP discounts, or any other customer-segmented pricing strategy.

The wholesale price list index

The wholesale price list index provides an overview of all the price rules you have set up, organized by customer tags. Each price list connects a customer tag to specific price rules, defining how pricing is applied to different customer groups.

What you can do from the price list index

  • View all price lists – See a complete list of all customer groups with associated price rules, including the number of customers assigned to each list.
  • Review pricing details – Check whether a price list applies to the entire store, specific collections, individual products, or product variants.
  • Create a new price list – Click “Create price list” to set up a new customer tag with custom pricing rules.
  • Delete multiple price lists – Select multiple price lists at once and delete them in bulk if they are no longer needed.
  • Duplicate a price list - Select a price list and click duplicate to use an existing price list as a template for a new price list.
  • Export price lists - Export price lists as a .csv file.

This index helps you quickly manage and organize their wholesale or special pricing strategies efficiently.
