If you’re using Shopify’s new Customer accounts (not the “Classic” or “Legacy” version), it’s important to add the Wholesale Gorilla block to your account page. This ensures that your wholesale customers have access to all the powerful tools included in your subscription—like the Quick Order Form (available to Advanced and Premium plans) and seamless catalog navigation.
Adding this block lets you:
-
Offer quick purchase options directly from the account page.
-
Customize wholesale messaging for your customers.
-
Ensure your customers can access their catalog if you’re using the Wholesale Shop.
We recommend adding the Wholesale Gorilla block to both the Profile and Orders sections of the account page for best results.
Why it matters
Without adding the Wholesale Gorilla block, your customers may not see tools like the Quick Order Form, potentially missing out on the seamless ordering experience your plan offers. Plus, placing the block in both Profile and Orders sections ensures it’s visible wherever customers interact with their account.
If you’re unsure which account version you’re using, visit Settings > Customer accounts in your Shopify admin.
