While our app does include a couple of settings which involve your wholesale customer's tax status, we do not offer a setting which outright creates or manages the normal taxation itself. To adjust this on a per-customer basis, you can follow Shopify's Tax Guide.
In order to tax your customers - whether retail or wholesale - you will need to turn on the taxes within Shopify itself. You will also need to make sure that your customer is marked as non-exempt from taxes via their customer profile setting. If you do wish to make them exempt from taxation, you can adjust the setting within their profile to 'Tax Exempt'. If you're using our custom signup form, we offer an 'Automatically mark as tax exempt' setting which will do this for any accounts made using that form. You can learn more about this setting here.
