Configure where Wholesale Gorilla sends draft order notifications and set the language for custom app content to ensure your wholesale experience aligns with your team’s needs.

Introduction

In the Account & Settings page of Wholesale Gorilla, you can manage global app preferences - ranging from automatic notifications when draft orders are submitted to selecting your preferred language for app-generated content.

Notifications

You can enable notifications for draft orders - such as net terms, international draft submissions, and new customer notifications - and specify the email addresses to receive them. In the Account & Settings page, simply enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, and each will receive notifications whenever a new draft order requires attention.

Default language

Wholesale Gorilla supports multiple languages for all custom customer-facing pages and messages. To change the language:

  1. Navigate to Account & Settings → Default language in the Wholesale Gorilla app.

  2. Select your preferred language and click Save.

(Don’t see a Language Settings section on your Settings page? Translations require the latest version of Wholesale Gorilla to run, so if you don’t see an option to switch languages on your Settings page you can email support@wholesalegorilla.net to request an update.)

Note on translations

Enabling translations through the app's settings will ensure that our custom pages are switched to the language of your choosing. We will not adjust any other pages throughout your site, so you will likely need to utilize a different translation app if that is needed.

By adjusting these general settings, you ensure seamless internal communication around draft orders and enhance your wholesale storefront’s multilingual accessibility. Let me know if you’d like a ready-to-paste version with callouts or visual examples!
